Billing Procedures for Quarterly Assessments

Emails with payment reminders will be sent during the first month each quarter of the calendar year and payment is due by the end of the second month in the quarter.  If payment has not been received by the end of the third month of the quarter, the account will be charged a late fee equal to $25.00  Accounts delinquent at the time the next quarterly billing is assessed will have a lien placed on the property through the county court system.  Assessment collection has not been a problem in the past and hopefully will not be in the future.

 

There are two ways to pay:

 

1.    By mail:

Please make sure you include the Box 150 on your envelope as

there is more than one Rosedale HOA using this Pak Mail location.

 

 2.    By electronic bank transfer:

If your bank allows you to pay through Zelle, we have set up an account where you can pay through Zelle.  The code to use is mailto:hd2directors@gmail.com (note new address).
