Lawn care and landscape maintenance for our Association is provided by Alex Lawn Care Inc.

Alex Lawncare began providing our landscape maintenance November 1, 2024 and currently maintains HD1 landscaping services as well. The crew will be in both our neighborhoods on Fridays until further notice. During the growing season [April thru October] there will be times when trimming is not completed on Friday, so expect them to complete it on Saturday. They are available to pick up small piles/ bundles of plant debris on Fridays but members are encouraged to put such debris out for the County pick up on Wednesdays.
Also note that we are currently in a drought condition, defined in more detail below. One step we have taken is to mow lawn at 4 inches.
Garden Master is Alex’s subcontractor for Lawn & Ornamental Pest Control and Fertilization
